Flaxseed oil , all the benefits and how to use?

Flaxseed oil consists mainly of triglycerides of unsaturated fatty acids (linolenic acid – 36 – 50%, linoleic acid – 23 – 24%, oleic acid – 10 – 18%). Monoglycerides, sterols and their esters, and hydrocarbons have also been found in the oil. In terms of the amount of unsaturated fatty acids, linseed oil surpasses the best olive oils by 2.4 times and sunflower seed oil by 1.5 times. Flaxseed oil is a unique source of fatty acids, because flax contains essential fatty acids (essential because the body cannot synthesize them on its own): linoleic acid and linolenic acid, or omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, which the body cannot produce for its own needs from other fatty acids. Therefore, in terms of chemical composition, this oil is completely different from other vegetable fats, because usually in products of plant origin there is only one of these fatty acids - most often omega 6, but omega 3 is missing. Sometimes they are all called vitamin F or EFA. Scientists believe that it is linseed oil that is the best natural source of vitamin F. Vitamin F, as a complex of essential fatty acids, is a source of energy, linoleic acid and linolenic acid are important building blocks of nerve cells and, most importantly, they are necessary for the formation of unique biological regulators of the body - prostaglandins. They, like everything in our life, can be “good” and “bad”. The “good” ones lower blood pressure, dissolve blood clots in blood vessels, reduce inflammation and pain in the joints, promote the healing of scars, and increase the body's immunity in the fight against viruses and cancer cells. \n \nThe action of “bad” prostaglandins is quite the opposite. And both of these regulators are produced by our body from the same raw material – linolenic acid, and our biological life is based on the balance of both. \n \nUsing flaxseed oil in food promotes the synthesis of “good” prostaglandins, and therefore a longer and healthier erection.
