If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail ekoalianse@inbox.lv or by phone +371 22117770 We may not be able to update your order, so we apologise in advance for any inconvenience, but we will do our best to help you. We do not pass on credit card or other payment information to third parties, except to process payment for goods ordered as required by law.

9. Delivery information
Delivery methods
We will be happy to offer you delivery by OMNIVA Ltd. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 days of placing the order (please note that orders are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays of the Republic of Latvia). Your order will be delivered to the address you provided when registering on the Dzimtais dārzs website. Although we make every reasonable effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time, delays may sometimes occur. If delivery is delayed due to any force majeure or circumstances caused by third parties, you will be notified of the delay by an information email.

10. Returns
The Native Garden team strives to meet the needs of every customer and will do its utmost to make returns the exception. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange it within 14 days of receipt at no extra charge. The Home Garden accepts exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us by email ekoalianse@inbox.lv or call +371 22117770. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you choose to receive a refund for your purchase, a transfer will be made to the account from which the order was paid. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of goods.
