Refund policy
We truly believe in the strength, purity and quality of the gifts of nature we create. Still, we understand and respect your choice. If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, you may safely do so within 14 days from the moment you receive the parcel.
Return conditions:
To fully preserve the properties and strength of the natural product, the returned item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
The cost of return shipping (post or parcel locker costs) is covered by the buyer. (Exception: if you have received a damaged product or a product that does not match your order, we cover the return costs.)
No additional commission fee is withheld for the return.
When returning a product, please include information with the order number so that we can identify it more quickly in our system.

As soon as we receive the returned gift of nature and confirm its condition, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the same bank account from which the payment was made, within 3 days.
