Delivery terms

Every gift of nature is cared for by us with special attention, and we do everything possible so that it reaches your hands safely and on time. We carefully pack all orders and prepare them for dispatch within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.

Delivery methods and costs within Latvia: To make receiving your order convenient and in harmony with your daily rhythm, we offer the following delivery methods:

Parcel lockers (Omniva / DPD): Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the parcel has been handed over. Delivery fee: €2.89.

Courier delivery to your door: Convenient delivery directly to your home. Delivery fee: €5.99.

Free delivery in Latvia: For orders of €50.00 or more, delivery to parcel lockers throughout Latvia is free.

Pickup in stores (free): You can pick up your order in person for free at our stores. We will be happy to welcome you:

In Riga: Brīvības iela 185

In Jūrmala: Jomas iela 57a

(Please note that our production site at Baložu iela 9 in Vecumnieki is not open to customers and serves only as the address for returned parcels.)

International delivery: Standard delivery to currently available destinations in the European zone starts from €8.00, and delivery is free for orders of €100.00 or more. Delivery to currently available destinations in the long-distance zone starts from €12.00, and delivery is free for orders of €150.00 or more. Available countries are shown in the country/region selector. Exact delivery options, costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout according to the selected country.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with the parcel tracking number.
