"Native Tea" (globally known as Ivan-Chai) is the cornerstone of our tea collection. It is a pure, carefully fermented fireweed with no other plant additives. During the fermentation process, the leaves change their structure, becoming soft, plump, and easily absorbed by the body. It is a tea with a deep flavor and an even deeper effect.

Unlike black or green tea, fireweed contains no caffeine. It does not provide artificial stimulation but harmonizes the nervous system, reduces stress, and improves sleep quality.

Preparation:

• Water: 80°–90°C (not boiling!).

• Time: 15 minutes. If you let it steep for 35–40 minutes, the tea will fully open up.

• Value: The tea leaves can and should be steeped 2–3 times – each time the tea releases different substances.
